สูตรช๊อคโกแลตบราวนี่

เป็นสูตรที่ชอบมาก อร่อยมากค่ะ

Ingredients: Chocolate brownie

Preparation: Chocolate brownie

Melt gently together. Cool to 30°C.

Ingredients: Chocolate brownie

  • 100 gplain flour
  • 40 gcocoa powder

Preparation: Chocolate brownie

Sieve together.

Ingredients: Chocolate brownie

  • 3 piece(s)large egg(s)
  • 275 gcaster sugar

Preparation: Chocolate brownie

Whisk together to form a thick white foam.

Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture.

Fold in the sieved flours.

Pour into a lined 20cm cake tin and bake at 160°C for 25 minutes. Cool in the tin, then cut and serve.
