- 185 gsalted butter
- 185 gCallebaut Dark Chocolate – 811 – 5kg Block

Melt gently together. Cool to 30°C.

- 100 gplain flour
- 40 gcocoa powder

Sieve together.

- 3 piece(s)large egg(s)
- 275 gcaster sugar
Preparation: Chocolate brownie
Whisk together to form a thick white foam.
Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture.
Fold in the sieved flours.
Pour into a lined 20cm cake tin and bake at 160°C for 25 minutes. Cool in the tin, then cut and serve.
